Xlink Bluetooth Gateway lets you connect your cell line to your NEC DSX phone system. Use your connected cell trunk line to call other cell phones, possibly for free if your cell plan allows it.
The original Xlink Bluetooth Gateway allows you to ditch your landline service whithout loosing the use of your corded or cordless phone system at home or in your office.
There are no extra cables or modules to buy!

The XLink can simultaneously connect to three different cell phones – one for each family member! Your NEC DSX trunk port may be plugged into the back of the XLink. Whenever any of the connected cell phones ring, the ring signal is sent to your NEC DSX trunk port.
If you are look for a new home phone system to go with your Xlink Gateway, we recommend purchasing the NEC DSX-40 residential telephone system.

Bluetooth is a simple wireless standard that can often be used to replace cables. Most cell phones now come with Bluetooth built in. Some do not - make sure you check your cell phone before purchasing the XLink. Almost any cell phone with built in Bluetooth can communicate with any of the XLINK™ products wirelessly. This is a good thing because it eliminates the need to purchase any sort of extra cables.
This device uses Bluetooth Version 2 with the Handsfree Profile and does not support fax transmissions.
