Our NEC DSX systems are a breeze to install yourself when you add on our Plug and Play options to your order.

All of the headaches of programming your system are gone since your system arrives at your home or office all ready to go! When you order your phone system and add our plug and play options your system arrives attached to a Main Distribution Frame (MDF) backboard and all you have to do is mount your system on the wall, run some wires, and your new system is live, well, and working for you day and night.

After you place your order, a NEC factory trained and accredited technician will contact you and go over your programming requirements. The same technician will program your system in our bench lab and test your programming to ensure it is correct.

IMPORTANT - Prevent Damage
All of our systems include a ground wire already installed in your system. Use the handy pipe terminal to ground your system. Systems that are not grounded are a target for electrical surges, spikes and lightning strikes, and may not sound as clear as those that are grounded.

CompuTelCo Plug and Play systems include grounding cable and a terminal to attach to a pipe to properly ground your system.

If you already have one or more of the included items listed below (for example, a Punch Down Tool, pipe terminal for grounding wire, wire channel spools, and the like), place your order by phone and we'll take it off of your order and reduce your final price.

There's no point paying for something you do not need!

IMPORTANT - Pass Inspection
Did you know? The local regulations of some townships, cities, and municipalities require that your Central Office trunk lines and your internal station lines must be on different punch down blocks.

If you are inspected and are not in compliance, you may have to disconnect your phone system until the problem is resolved.

If you already own a plug and play system like this, you should contact the manufacturer to find out if you are in an area like this.  To keep you in compliance, CompuTelCo will contact your local municipality to determine if you must have one block or two blocks on your system.  A labor fee may apply for this additional service.
